Putin hails Slavianski Bazaar as major cultural event for Eurasia
The festival, which takes place every year on the hospitable Belarusian
soil, is a a significant cultural event not only for the multinational
Slavic world but also for the entire vast Eurasian space. This message
was shared in a welcome address from Russian President Vladimir Putin,
read during the opening of the 35th Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk arts
festival on 16 July.
