CIS officials pay tribute to feat of Soviet people in Minsk
In the run up to the 81st Victory Day anniversary, a rally and flower-laying ceremony took place at the Allée of Friendship on the grounds of the Victory Museum and Park Complex in Minsk on 5 May.
