Union State Council of Ministers may hold meeting before year-end
The Council of Ministers of the Belarus-Russia Union State may convene for a meeting before the year-end; the timing of the Union State Supreme State Council is under discussion, State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev said.
