Procurement rules for growth-regulating plant protection products for winter rapeseed approved in Belarus

The Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 396 “On the Procurement of Plant Protection Products with Growth-Regulating Effects for Application on Winter Rapeseed Crops” dated 4 August 2026 has been approved.
