On October 15, 2025 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Sekreta, met with the Director General of the Department for Caucasus and Eastern Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Mehmet Samsar, as part of the regular round of bilateral political consultations in Minsk.
