Volfovich: West blackmails partners of Belarus and Russia
The West uses sanctions as a tool to blackmail partner countries of Belarus and Russia, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich said at a multilateral meeting of secretaries of the security councils of the CIS states that was held within the framework of the International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues running in Moscow on 27-29 May, BelTA has learned.
