Union State awards presented to cultural figures at Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk
State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Sergei Glazyev presented diplomas and commemorative awards from the Union State Standing Committee to Belarusian and Russian cultural figures for their creative contribution to promoting friendship between the peoples of Belarus and Russia during a ceremony at the Summer Amphitheater in Vitebsk on 17 July.
