Belarus#039; central bank to cut down refinancing rate to 10.5% on 3 April
The refinancing rate will be reduced from 11% to 10.5% per annum. The interest rate on overnight loans will be decreased from 12% to 11.5%, with the interest rate on overnight deposits down from 10% to 9.5% per annum.
