Expert views Poland#039;s decision to close border with Belarus as act of madness
Poland has recently completely closed its border with Belarus, allegedly due to fears over Belarusian-Russian military exercises. Even earlier, Poland had curtailed all activity on the border with Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast.
