Gomel Oblast, Bashkortostan sign memorandum of understanding
A memorandum of understanding between the government of Bashkortostan and the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee was signed in Ufa during the visit of a delegation from the southeastern region of Belarus to the Russian region on 10 October.
