Rachkov: Belarus seeks security architecture respecting legitimate interests of all countries
Belarus is striving to create a security architecture that takes into account the legitimate interests of all countries, Chairman of the Standing Committee on International Affairs of the House of Representatives Sergei Rachkov said.
