Brest Oblast to enhance twinning relations with China’s Liaoning Province
Baranovichi and Pinsk could twin with the cities of China’s Liaoning Province, Deputy Chairman of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee Mikhail Batsenko told the journalists following the Brest Oblast delegation’s visit to China.
