CIS plenipotentiaries to discuss implementation of free trade zone agreement in Minsk
During the session the plenipotentiaries will discuss the operation of three field-specific councils – the Justice Ministers Council, the Council of Border Guard Commanders, and the Council for Cooperation in Education of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
