Belarus unaffected by forest fire in Chernobyl exclusion zone
TASS reported earlier that a large-scale forest fire had occurred in the Chernobyl exclusion zone, with its area estimated to exceed 1,100 hectares. The fire was spreading rapidly due to strong gusts of wind. The situation was also complicated by dry weather.
