Ambassador: Eurasian Charter talks will begin at UN in September
According to Yuri Seliverstov, the time has come to develop a concrete
document. “In September 2026, on the margins of the high-level week of
the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, a ministerial meeting is
planned to officially launch the negotiation process on the Eurasian
Charter,” he said.
