China eager to help Belarus modernize cement plants, oil refineries
China has expressed interest in helping Belarus modernize cement plants and oil refineries. The matter was discussed during a meeting between Belarusian Deputy Economy Minister Alesya Abramenko and Li Guaning, head of foreign economic and technical cooperation at China National Machinery Industry Corporation (CMIC).
