Belarus participates in ESCAP meeting as permanent observer
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Vietnam Vladimir Borovikov took part in the 418th meeting of the Advisory Committee of Permanent Representatives and Other Representatives of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) as a permanent observer.
