Diplomat: Belarus is keen on cooperating with UNHRC, but on basis of respectful dialogue
Belarus is interested in cooperating with the UNHRC, but on the basis of an equal and mutually respectful dialogue, Belarusian Ambassador to the UN Office in Geneva Larisa Belskaya said during a discussion at the UNHRC's 60th session.
