Russia’s Ulyanovsk Oblast governor names key cooperation areas with Belarus
Ulyanovsk Oblast of Russia and Belarus are actively cooperating in radioelectronics, automotive manufacturing, and aerospace, Governor of Russia's Ulyanovsk Oblast Alexei Russkikh said following the eighth meeting of the working group on cooperation between Belarus and Russia’s Ulyanovsk Oblast on 1 October.
