Lebedev: Most countries confirm their participation in CIS summit in Bishkek
"Most countries have confirmed their participation. As for the presence of Ukraine and Moldova, they will not be represented at the meeting of the Heads of State Council, the Ministerial Council meeting. They refrain from participating, although de jure they remain part of the CIS," Sergei Lebedev said.
