Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange to expand contacts with Russia#039;s Kaliningrad Oblast
The Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE) will offer its trading platform to producers from Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia who want to sell their products to Belarus, the BUCE press service told BelTA.
