Microelectronics industry development program ready in Belarus
Vladimir Gusakov said: “We started by working out a concept for the development of the microelectronics industry in the country. We used the concept to develop a program. Even faster than Russia, which has yet to develop one. The program consists of two parts: a scientific one and a manufacturing one."
