Miklashevich explains interrelation between Constitution, national security
The updated Constitution fine-tunes Belarus' constitutional and legal development strategy amidst modern challenges, Chairman of the Constitutional Court Piotr Miklashevich said as he read out the final part of the Address of the Constitutional Court to the President and the National Assembly on the state of things with constitutional legality in the Republic of Belarus.
