On August 6, 2025, as part of his visit to Indonesia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, held negotiations with the Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Kao Kim Hourn. The parties outlined plans to intensify cooperation between Belarus and ASEAN.
