On April 18, 2026 the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Lukashevich, took part in the solemn ceremony of laying the memorial Alley in Minsk as part of the “SCO Green Belt” Programme to mark the 25th anniversary of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
