On February 20, 2025 during the working visit to the Russian Federation the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Pavel Utyupin, met at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
